Our history
Sometimes the best ideas don't come from planning, but from shared values, beliefs – and the desire to rethink legal advice. That's how it was for us.
We have a lot in common: studying law in Würzburg, doing our legal training in Stuttgart, training as mediators – and above all, the motivation to make legal work practical, solution-oriented and human.
After several years of working as solicitors, gaining experience in specialist consultancies and holding management positions in business, we founded our law firm in 2024. Our goal was to combine legal expertise, business acumen and modern working methods – for legal advice that really helps companies move forward.
Today, we stand for sound legal support and strategic management consulting – at the interface of law, management and organisation. We support our clients with clear communication, practical solutions and a modern understanding of law firm work – in Stuttgart and beyond.

Before being admitted to the bar, I gained valuable experience as a management consultant in an international consulting firm. I then worked in specialised law firms in the Stuttgart area.
In 2022, I founded my own law firm and have since also been working in the business world as an in-house lawyer and manager in the field of concessions and e-mobility.
This broad range of experience shapes my approach: solving legal issues in a practical manner, focusing on the interests of my clients and building on open, transparent communication.

I started my career as an independent solicitor in a partnership, where I gained extensive litigation experience and incorporated digital solutions into my client work to make processes more precise and impactful.
Parallel to my work at the law firm, I gradually expanded my sphere of influence in the corporate environment – through field work, e-commerce tasks and as a senior manager with responsibility for executives and sales teams.
During this time, I gained in-depth insights into sales, marketing, organisational and employee development, and (digital) business models. This combination of legal expertise, conflict management, entrepreneurial experience and corporate strategy know-how forms the basis of our law firm today.
